New website: Eurowings Discover moves into own digital home
- Own website now available at eurowings-discover.com/en
- Enhanced clarity and user-friendliness
- Continued use of Lufthansa booking engine for familiar convenience when booking
As of now, the Lufthansa Group's leisure airline Eurowings Discover, has its own website at eurowings-discover.com/en. Previously, all information about the airline's services and booking options were solely available on the websites of partner airlines Eurowings and Lufthansa. In this way, great visibility and awareness was achieved right at the start of the airline around 15 months ago.
The Frankfurt-based airline is now consolidating all the information relating to its product and service offering on its own website, underlining its leisure travel profile with a fresh and modern look. The website will be successively expanded with content and technical functions in the coming weeks.
"Moving into our own digital home is the consistent next step in building our airline. It also helps to further improve clarity and user-friendliness. People are flying into the best time of their year with us, this should also be reflected during every step of the customer journey. The website as a source of information and inspiration is an essential part of this," says Bernd Bauer, Chief Executive Officer of Eurowings Discover.
The booking is made via a seamless routing to Lufthansa's booking engine on lufthansa.com. Thus, Eurowings Discover will continue to benefit from its full integration into the airline’s system and the close partnership with Lufthansa.
The navigation structure of the new website enables visitors to quickly and comprehensively find answers to their questions and to become more familiar with the Eurowings Discover product and service range. The website guides customers through the entire customer journey to the best time of their year.
Since its launch in July 2021, Eurowings Discover has carried over two million passengers on short-, medium- and long-haul routes from Frankfurt and Munich. The fleet will grow to 22 own aircraft by the end of the year.
